By November, the U.S. Treasury Dept. states it will reallocate funds if an entity hasn't distributed or obligated at least 65% of its ERA1 funding. State and local govt entities will submit their ERA1 funding figures for the month of Sept. to the U.S. Treasury Department by Oct. 15, 2021. Those numbers will decide whether any funding is reallocated.
