Most Complained-About Airports: U.S Ranking
Each airport's total reviews were collected and filtered to identify those with 1- or 2-star ratings, which were classified as "negative reviews." The percentage of negative reviews was calculated for each airport, and airports were then ranked by this percentage to identify the most complained-about facilities globally and by region.
