Criminal Case Filings by Type

A line chart of historical quarterly criminal case filings from 2016 through Q3 2023. There are three lines, one each for Felony, Misdemeanor, and DUI filings. Overall, all three types of case filings have been trending down since 2020. However, recent quarters have seen an uptick in Felony and Misdemeanor case filings.

New & Reinstated Filings are Included. Felony cases are labeled CF, Misdemeanor cases are labeled CM or DV*, and Misdemeanor DUI cases are labeled "DT" in their case number.
