How much do nonprofits earmarked for Baltimore opioid settlement money pay their top executive?

Tax returns show that 17 nonprofits benefiting from Baltimore's opioid settlements devote an average of 2.9% of their spending to compensating their top executive. Settlements collectively earmark $58 million to the nonprofits or programs they're involved with. (An additional $29 million is earmarked for initiatives not directly tied to nonprofits.)
