2022 MBA Pay: Energy

You might not associate the Energy industry with Stanford, Harvard, and Wharton, but the ‘Big Three’ produced the highest-paid graduates in the field last year. Stanford MBAs landed the highest base pay at $187,771. At Rice University’s Jones Graduate School, based in energy-rich Houston, graduates also earned above average $130,538 salaries.
