This chart presents the projected status of skills within the industry, categorizing them as lagging, stable, growing, or rapidly growing. By comparing the skill sets listed in job profiles with the skills employers seek in job postings in Q3 2025, to identify the current and future demands of the job market. This approach allows us to pinpoint priority areas for skills development, ensuring that our workforce is well-prepared to meet the evolving needs of the industry. Some of the rapidly growing skills include accounting, auditing, marketing, and project management, among others.
