The number of prosecutions and convictions for domestic abuse in the West Midlands has dropped since 2021

While records of domestic abuse incidents have narrowly changed since 2021 in the West Midlands, prosecution rates have fallen by almost 22% and convictions have fallen by approximately 26% between the tax year ending March 2021 and March 2024.
