DUI arrests were below average for first home football game

On home game days during the 2024 Nebraska football season, Lincoln Police arrested seven people on average on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. Data includes total arrests the entire day of the game.

Downtown alcohol calls includes the area bounded by N Street, North Antelope Valley Parkway, Salt Creek Parkway and 8th Street. Arrest data from other policing agencies including UNLPD and the Nebraska State Patrol not included.
