Respondents were asked the following questions: 'How would you rate your provider's online/digital services?' and 'Thinking about the overall service that you receive from your insurer, how satisfied are you?'. These questions had the following response options: 'Very good', 'Quite good', 'Neither good nor poor', 'Quite poor', and 'Very poor'. Happiness and Digital Capability scores are calculated using the following formula: ((number of respondents answering 'Very good' * 2) + (number of respondents answering 'Quite good') + (number of respondents answering 'Quite poor' * -1) + (number of respondents answering 'Very poor' * -2) / total number of respondents) / 2.
