Notes: CLABSI: Central Line Associated Blood Stream Infection. CAUTI: Catheter Associated Urinary Tract Infection. SSI: Surgical Site Infection. C Difficile: Clostridium Difficile Infection. MRSA: Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus. VAE: Ventilator Associated Events. SIR compares actual infection rates to predicted rates adjusting for factors associated with infection incidence in 2015. SIR<1 indicates fewer than predicted and SIR>1 indicates more than predicted.
