Donations to Candidates for Governor of New Jersey

A handful of zip codes have accounted for a disproportionate share of the race’s contributions. Just 53 of the 522 zip codes with at least one contribution donated fully 50% of all money raised thus far in the race. Mikie Sherrill, in particular, has had a particularly narrow geographic base of financial support, with just 26 zip codes accounting for half of all her contributions. Jack Ciattarelli, by contrast, has pulled half of his funds from 59 zip codes.

Map reflects contributions since the June primary and excludes contributions from non-individual entities (PACs, businesses, unions, etc.) and unitemized contributions (donations from individuals whose contributions totaled $200 or less).
