Houston has been dubbed the ‘Energy Capital of the World.’ Here, you’ll find Rice University’s Jones Graduate School, which placed 13 graduates into the Energy field – tying it with Harvard Business School for the most in the field. In total, Jones placed 9% of its class in the field, one of the highest percentages in the world. In fact, Texas program perform well in this sector, as Houston Bauer (28.6%), Texas Christian Neeley (14.3%) and Texas A&M Mays (8.1%) rank among the best for Energy placement. Still, Stanford GSB (again) reported the highest pay in the field. Its Energy graduates – 6 in all – made $200,000 to start. That’s a big jump from Rice Jones, whose graduates started at $123,000.
