Over the fourth week of October 2025, the number of Manhattan apartment and townhouse contract signings rose to 212 deals, totaling nearly $620 million in potential sales if all units close at their asking prices. This was a 27% increase in total dollar volume week-over-week, helped by ten units asking over $10M finding buyers. The median last asking price was relatively unchanged, while the average time on market rose to 107 days.
