2022 MBA Pay: Non-Profits

MBAs enter the Non-Profit sector to make an impact, not pad their bank accounts. In 2022, 10 business schools placed enough students (3 or more) in the Non-Profit sector to generate a pay average. Overall, Wharton School graduates earned the highest average pay at $146,400, while one Stanford MBA convinced an employer to pay them $250,000. While Yale SOM is considered the top graduate business program for Non-Profits, graduates earn just $112,000 to start.
