San Diego Unified's Education Workforce Housing Portfolio

San Diego Unified's board advanced housing proposals for five district-owned sites to the negotiation stage. Those projects could produce nearly 2,500 units of housing the district defines as affordable reserved for district staff, far more than the around 850 produced statewide. Two more sites that are either in negotiations or already open boost the district's potential portfolio to more than 2,800 units. Proposals linked in popups are clickable links.
