Changes in Population Frequencies with Prolonged Fixation (>15 min)

These plots show the impact of extended incubation in TokuKit’s fixative buffer (Buffer One) beyond the standard 15 minutes. Blood from a single healthy donor was aliquoted and held in Buffer One for 0.25, 0.5, 1, or 2 hours before transfer to Buffer Two. Samples were then frozen at –80 °C, thawed, and analyzed with our 41-marker mass cytometry panel.
