In 2022, nearly 30 percent of abortions in Colorado were for out-of-state patients

According to the state health department, 27.9 percent of abortion patients in 2022 were from out of state. In 2021, it was 13.6 percent. From Jan. 1 through Sept. 4, 2023, 33 percent of patients were from across state lines.
