Mapping Early COVID Case Peaks and Vulnerable Sector Exposure

Any state that experienced their peak of 7-day average of COVID cases in April or May was tagged as an early COVID peak state. Any state with greater than 10 percent share of employment (unrounded) in the combined arts, entertainment, and recreation sector and accommodation and food services sector was tagged as a state with high sector exposure.
