Allocations To Ukraine Including Refugee Costs

According to the latest estimates, members of the European Union allocated more than 130 billion U.S. dollars to refugee costs.

Allocations between January 24, 2022 and December 31, 2024 included. Amounts in billions of U.S. dollars converted from euros at the average January 24, 2022 - December 31, 2024 exchange rate.
Refugee costs are based on estimates provided by the OECD Migration Outlook 2022 and scaled up using UNHCR refugee data.
