In some districts, all three delegates represent the entire territory, while in others the district is divided into three smaller areas. In still other places, one delegate district has been carved out, while the remaining population is represented by two people. Gov. Larry Hogan has asked his Maryland Citizens Redistricting Commission to draw a new legislative map where all districts would be single-member.
