Cal poly salaries by gender

On a university-wide level, data show that male employees at Cal Poly are generally paid more than female employees. The data provided to The Tribune were in salary ranges ($15,000-$30,000, $135,000-$150,000, etc.) and showed the number of employees per salary range unless there were fewer than 10 employees in that range or gender group. Here is a look at the percent of employees paid more or less than $105,000 annually by gender.

Does not include non binary employees because there were only two in 2020 included in the data sent to The Tribune. Both those employees were paid less than $105,000.
