House races with the biggest independent expenditure totals 

Eight of the 10 House races that have attracted the most outside spending are expecting to be non-competitive in November. Democrats are expected to easily win six of them, and Republicans two. Only the elections in California's 22nd district and Colorado' 8th district are considered toss-ups.
