Measure 5.2.7

Definition: The number of schools having undertaken Community Understanding and Safety Training (CUST), a funded DET initiative. CUST is delivered to all government school staff to assist schools to better support Koorie learners, including through developing more culturally inclusive practices. CUST delivery in 2023 focused on unmet demand from schools, including new and existing staff who had not previously undertaken the training. Areas are based on boundaries defined by the Department of Education
