How many of Pa.'s hospital beds are being used?

This graphic shows how many of a hospital's inpatient and ICU beds are being used as reported by the Department of Health and Human Services. Hospitals with inpatient beds occupied by 10% or more of COVID-19 patients are considered under high stress. Hospitals with ICU beds occupied by 30% or more of COVID-19 patients are considered under high stress. These numbers are based off a framework developed by the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation at the University of Washington and first used by NPR.
