Few say schools should reopen normally

A new AP-NORC poll shows Democrats are far more likely than Republicans to think K-12 schools shouldn't reopen this fall for in-person instruction. Many think in-person schooling will require major changes.

Results based on interviews with 1,057 U.S. adults conducted July 16–20. The margin of error is ±4.3 percentage points for the full sample.
