Where voters stand on nine ballot questions

New MassINC Polling Group/CommonWealth Beacon poll finds voters feel best about keeping recreational cannabis and gun control laws.

Note: A "yes" vote on Question 9 will keep a 2024 gun law in effect, and a "no" vote will repeal it.

Data come from a MassINC Polling Group/CommonWealth Beacon survey of 800 likely voters conducted September 14-22, 2026. Poll has a credibility interval of plus or minus 4 percentage points.
