PennDOT's three permanent highway traffic-count sites in the Lehigh Valley recorded a drop-off in average daily traffic volume as the coronavirus shutdown took effect. Traffic slumped again on Memorial Day, then jumped as the Lehigh Valley approached the yellow phase.
