The cool down of Miami's hot housing market

Resale data tracked by Case-Shiller shows the housing market in the Miami area (from Miami to West Palm Beach) backing off a peak set in February. As the chart of the S&P Cotality Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price Index shows, when housing values climb nationally, they tend to soar in the Miami area.
