NYU Stern boasted the highest average sign-on bonus for U.S. citizen MBAs in 2020: $37,077. Over at Georgetown McDonough, however, international MBAs reported a whopping $44,548 average bonus. In fact out of 26 top schools, 19 had higher foreign average sign-on bonuses, up from 13 in 2019.
