Technology employees use AI the most, up from 20% to 50% from Q2 2023 to Q3 2025. Finance employees went from 10% usage to 33% and K-12 education employees went from 10% to 25%. Adoption in health care, manufacturing and retail is below 25% in Q3 2025.
