Average Cash Price for GIP and GLP-1 Agonists

Average cash price is the average usual and customary (U&C) cash price without any discounts for a 30-day supply of the form and dosage most commonly filled at U.S. retail pharmacies. The 2026 average cash price reflects data through March 1, 2026. Liraglutide, the generic for Victoza and Saxenda, was made available in 2024 and 2025, respectively.
