Affordable housing on the rise
These 10 Connecticut towns saw the largest increases in affordable housing between 2011 and 2022.
Hartford, New Haven, Franklin, Brookfield, Windsor Locks, Somers, Bridgeport, Norwalk, West Haven and New London saw the largest increases in affordable housing from 2011 through 2022.
