General grants were distributed in phase 1, 2 and 3 and amounted to a minimum of 2% of patient revenue for each provider; $9.4B for SNFs includes $2B in incentive payments. “Other” includes Indian Health Services ($0.5B) and children’s hospitals ($1.4B).
