Note: The same individual may have been evaluated for treatment in more than one county; an individual evaluated in one county may end up receiving treatment in another.
*Referred for evaluation and agreed to treatment numbers cover the time period from Proposition 36 going into effect in December 2024 through February 2026 for all counties except: San Diego County (data covers December 2024–December 2025), Sacramento County (data covers March 2024–February 2026) and Kern County (data covers July 2025–February 2026).
**Riverside’s figures do not include individuals residing outside of Riverside County who may have been evaluated or treated in Riverside County.
