This figure provides average quarterly earnings among people who worked in each quarter for the linked HMIS-EDD sample before and after reweighting. Recent workers are those with earnings in the third and fourth years before enrollment. “Q0” refers to the quarter the individual entered homeless services, “Q-8” refers to eight quarters before that entry, and “Q8” refers to eight quarters after that entry.
