Illinois hospitals violating landmark law protecting victims of sexual assault

The state Department of Public Health inspects hospitals throughout the state for compliance with the Sexual Assault Survivors Emergency Treatment Act. Since 2018, the agency found 23 of them had violated the act in some way. Hover or tap on each hospital to see the reports and hospital responses.
