Achievement gaps by race and poverty

Minnesota has well-documented and persistent gaps between racial groups. But poverty also plays a key role. A breakdown of the results of the 2019 Minnesota Comprehensive Assessments (MCAs) showS that across racial groups, students who qualify for free and reduced lunch lag behind.
