States with the Highest % of Non-helmeted Motorcyclist Fatalities (2023)

The table lists the ten states with the highest share of motorcycle fatalities involving non-helmeted riders. North Dakota leads with 88% of its motorcycle fatalities reportedly involving riders who were not wearing helmets, followed closely by New Hampshire at 78% and Indiana at 70%
