Four lines show year-over-year changes in O-1, O-2, P-1 and P-3 visa issuances from February 2025 through February 2026. P-3 declined in 12 of 13 months; July 2025 rose 5.9%, followed by seven consecutive declines. O-1 and O-2 had increases earlier in 2025. February 2026 changes: O-1 minus 4.3%, O-2 minus 20.7%, P-1 minus 31.1%, P-3 minus 46.6%.
