Using Bill Connelly's method for calculating coach effect, here are all of Nebraska's coaches post-Tom Osborne. The numerical columns show the 20-year SP+ average at Nebraska preceding the coach's arrival, his SP+ average after three seasons, and the "coach effect," which weights the difference between baseline (20 year) and performance (3-year) at 60%, the 3-year performance at 40%.
