This map examines various housing market characteristics based on 1--4-unit, detached, and semi-detached, housing from 2010 to 2021, within Allegheny County. Market concern flags are areas in which the census tract was at least one standard deviation higher or lower than the mean.

Population data is based on the 2010 Census. Median Family Income data is based on the 2010 ACS five-year estimates.
