Pennsylvania’s Republican Shift

Every county in Pennsylvania except for two gave Donald Trump a higher share of the vote in 2024 compared with his share in 2020, with the exception of Cumberland County, which shifted Democratic by less than a third of a percentage point. Philadelphia shifted Republican by 2.3 percentage points, and Trump has already received more votes in the city, with more votes to be counted, than he did in 2020.

Note: Vote totals for Cambria County were mostly incomplete as of Wednesday night.
