Inter-lot precision of population frequencies on Teiko's 41-marker Mass Cytometry Panel 

Three replicate samples from each of three healthy donors were collected and processed with three separate lots of TokuKit's Buffer One. These samples were fixed with TokuKit on the same day of collection, frozen at -80℃ for 48 hours, thawed, and run on Teiko's 41-marker mass cytometry panel.

Cell populations below the red, dashed line meet the criteria of having a CV<25% and an event count > 100 among the three replicate samples evaluated in the study.
