The cheapest mandatory health insurance offers by number of premium regions

Each mandatory health insurance offer that is the cheapest offer in a premium region received a gold medal. The second-cheapest received silver, and the third-cheapest received gold. When two eligible offers have identical premiums, then multiple medals are awarded as per standard sporting rules. The medals shown in the table are for all premium regions combined.
