Americans with potential claim to EU citizenship

European-Americans by the citizenship by descent policies of their reported ancestral countries.

*Note that this group includes all those European-Americans whose recorded ancestry is from a country either not part of the EU/EEA or no longer in existence, such as English, Ukrainian, Yugoslavian, Czechoslovakian, Scotch-Irish, Russian, "Slavic", and Pennsylvania German. A significant proportion of individuals in this group will have credible claims to EU citizenship. For example, those with Yogslav grandparents born in the territory of what is today Croatia.
