House passes E15 ethanol bill with bipartisan support and opposition
The House passed the Nationwide Consumer and Fuel Retailer Choice Act, 218-203, on May 13, with bipartisan coalitions forming on both sides. Midwest Democrats and Republicans joined forces to expand access to E15 ethanol blends.
