Question asked: "A cold war is a type of conflict that doesn’t involve direct military action but instead may include economic or political acts (e.g. sanctions, propaganda, proxy conflicts etc), such as the cold war between the West and the Soviet Union in the second half of the twentieth century. To what extent, if at all, do you agree or disagree with each of the following statements? (a) There is a cold war between the EU and China, (b) There is a cold war between the EU and Russia."
