Sterilization procedures peaked immediately after Dobbs-decision

Women underwent tubal sterilization procedures on average three times a month before the Dobbs decision, the number increased to five procedures monthly after. Both men and women sought sterilization at a significant increase immediately following the Dobbs decision on June 24, 2022.
