See how much residential property assessments increased in your part of Milwaukee in 2024
Milwaukee property owners started receiving their assessments the fourth week of April.
Assessed property values increased in all Aldermanic districts in the City of Milwaukee. District 1 and 12 saw the most significant increases at over 26%. And the increase in districts 3, 4, 5, 6 are smaller at around 15%. It is worth noting that an increase in assessed property value does not necessarily mean the property taxes will increase.
