2024 MBA Pay

Stanford GSB produced the highest pay averages in 5 of 6 regions, so it is logical that their combined average would top its peer schools. Overall, the GSB Class of 2024 averaged $206,955 in starting pay, nearly $3,000 more than runner-up Chicago Booth. Among the outliers, graduates from 11th-ranked Virginia Darden ($198,059) and 15th-ranked Cornell Johnson ($196,826) earned more than their school’s ranking might indicate. The opposite is true of MIT Sloan, Harvard Business School, and Yale SOM. As a whole, only Harvard Business School reported a higher starting pay average than the previous year among Top 10 business schools.
